Moe's Original BBQ - Orange Beach: The Perfect BBQ Spot for Family Fun

Friendly staff,very tasty food, have lots of options for those of us allergic to dairy. Everything we've gotten there has been excellent, we've never had something we didn't like. The live music is fun, eating on the beach is an option if you don't want to dine inside and it is covered and fenced seating at picnic tables (we always eat outside). You order inside and pick up at the side window. There is a cornhole game and sand toys for kids too. Highly recommend going.

If you're looking for a bar-b-que spot for great wings, look no further. Moe's Original in Orange Beach, AL, has good finger-licking dry-rubbed wings. The seasoning is perfect with the white sauce. The sides were good as well. I would highly recommend they invest in fries for kids, but overall, I have no complaints. Restaurants give you hole-in-the-wall vibes. Great atmosphere for families and service was fast as we didn't have to wait long and our food, came out hot and ready to enjoy.

My family and I loved Moe's! I love the laid-back atmosphere. There's seating available inside and outside. There's lots of cool art and pictures on the wall that I enjoyed looking at. The staff was friendly and helpful when ordering. I had the loaded baked potato with smoked chicken, and it was delicious and very filling. I tried the Ribs my husband ordered (I forgot to get a pic), but they were tender and flavorful. The children enjoyed chicken tenders, grilled cheese, fried Catfish, mac & cheese and homemade chips! Despite being very picky they loved everything! They offer different specials each day. They have a nice stage out back with live music some nights. The location is convenient. Moe's was a hit with us, and I look forward to visiting again soon.

Eat here pretty regularly working out of town. Food pretty good, not crazy award winning BBQ you have to die for, but damn good. Honestly just wanted to review because of the kindness of the staff. Always accommodating and kind. They have corrected orders that were wrong with kindness and understanding. And promptly corrected it. Cold inside, good food, exceptional service.

Absolutely loved Moe’s BBQ in Orange Beach! The smoked turkey sandwich was incredible—you could literally taste the smoke in every bite. If you get the pulled pork, do yourself a favor and try it Bama Style. The tangy slaw and white sauce combo takes it to the next level. Cool vibes and fast service. A must-visit if you're looking for BBQ near Orange Beach!

Food was decent. Loved the Mac n cheese and mashed potato and gravy sides more than anything. Turkey and chicken were moist but lacking the smokey flavor. The white sauce and bbq sauce helped. The hand made chips were good. Nachos easily feed two. Brisket is only on Wednesdays and you need to go in the first 30ish minutes they are open or they sell out.

Normally I shy away from a chain BBQ place. But, the past reviews were correct. The pork had a nice smokey flavor. The service was outstanding. The chocolate Orea pudding was a nice side. It looked like many locals were they, which is a good sign. The atmosphere was very creative.
